Question 1: What is included in the Two Week Trial?

Your Free two week trial includes Unlimited classes for 14 days! You will in essence be a full-time Resilient community member. We hope this allows you to meet all of our elite coaches, and really get a sense for our programming style, our class structure, and our close-knit gym community. 24/7 access to the facility is NOT included in the two week trial.

Question 2: Who are these classes for?

These programmed classes are for adults (ages 19+) who want more than just a workout. They want a clear, structured way to get stronger, move better, and feel their best.

We work with a wide range of people, including:

- Busy professionals who want efficient, coach-led training

- Former athletes looking to train hard again, with a smart plan, in a community environment

- General fitness clients who are tired of random workouts and lack of progress

- Active adults dealing with aches, pains, or past injuries who still want to train confidently

You don’t need to be “in shape” to start. Everything is coached and scaled to your current level, so whether you’re just getting back into training or pushing for higher performance, you’ll fit right in. If you want expert guidance, a structured program, and a place where you’re actually coached and not just left to figure it out, these classes are for you.

Question 2: Can I take a class everyday?

Yes, absolutely! Our programming is designed with that in mind. Each day has a specific focus and training stimulus (strength, conditioning, etc.), so you’re not repeating the same stress on your body in back-to-back days. Instead, the week is structured to complement itself, allowing you to train consistently while still recovering and progressing.

Whether you come 3 days per week or 6, the program works for you. If you want to be here every day, you can do so confidently knowing the training is intentionally designed to support it.

Question 3: Do I need experience to join?

No... experience is not required. Our classes are led by expert coaches and designed to be scalable for all fitness levels. If you’re experienced, you’ll be challenged in new ways and pushed beyond what you thought possible. If you’re newer to training, we’ll teach you the “why” behind everything and coach you step-by-step so you can build confidence and progress safely.

Question 4: Is this a CrossFit, Hyrox, or any other "specific" type of training gym?

No, we’re not a CrossFit or HYROX affiliate. Our programming is built on traditional strength & conditioning principles, designed to help you get stronger, move better, improve your cardiovascular fitness, and accomplish hard things every now and then. That said, we do utilize various aspects of "specific"-style training methods. Depending on the day and the goal of the workout, you may see elements that resemble CrossFit or HYROX-style training, especially in our conditioning sessions. However, everything we do is intentional, structured, and tailored to meet you where you are, while aligning with the overarching goals of our current strength & conditioning program.

Question 5: What makes this different from any other gym?

Most gyms give you access to equipment or random workouts. We give you a system. Our training is built on real strength & conditioning principles, progressive, structured, and intentional, so you’re not just working out, you’re actually improving various aspects of "fitness."

Every class has a purpose, every phase builds on the last, and everything is designed to help you get stronger, move better, and perform at a higher level. What truly sets us apart is that we’re doctor-led and performance-driven. On one hand, we bridge the gap between rehab and training. Whether you’re dealing with pain, coming off an injury, or just want to train at a high level, you’re in the right place. On the other hand, we keep you training at a high level through our elite strength & conditioning programming and coaching. You’re not guessing, and you’re not being pushed through a one-size-fits-all workout. We meet you where you’re at and coach you forward.
